Ex-Disney Queen Hillary Duff has refused to comment on current Disney princess Miley Cyrus topless photo shoot for Vanity Fair.

The War Inc. actress said, “Everyone goes through things and takes their own path. Who am I to judge decisions that she made?”

However Hillary Duff who maintained a squeaky clean image until she came by age revealed that se wouldn’t have done anything what Miley is doing when she was just 15.

“People are pushing you to do something, and whether you want to do it, that’s your choice, you know?

“It’s not what I would choose to do, but whether she did thereupon that’s fine. That’s her choice,” said Duff.

When quizzed how she managed to scandal-free at such a young age, Duff said, “I’ve had a lot of help from public. It’s a joint effort with my family and everyone helping me balance my life.”

Sources close to the Beverly Hills, 90210 show have reported that Cinderella star Hillary Duff has been approached to star in the show on CW network.

Hillary Duff is allegedly going through the script to star as Annie, daughter of Beverly Hills High’s principle.

However neither Hillary’s representative nor the CW network have confirmed the news.

Hillary Duff’s latest flick War, Inc. shows the former Disney star in a slutty role and is premiering at The Tribeca Film Festival in New York.

In a recently released teaser of War, Inc. Hillary is seen playing with a deadly scorpion and later shoves down it down her pants.

But Duff was apparently hesitant to play a pop singer in fear of being typecast.

Duff says, He (agent) was like, ‘I got that script, John Cusack wrote it. And I was like, ‘Really? That’s awesome; I love John, Duff said.

But thereupon he says, ‘But you’d have to play a pop star.’ And I was like, ‘Oh nooooooooooo. I don’t want to play a pop star. I don’t want to sing!’ ”

“Nobody thought I could do anything different. It was unbreakable for a while. I was stuck in that bubble of Hilary Duff, and no one was really taking a chance on me.

So I was like, ‘I’ll just construct the record, considering I’m not going to do another movie like that.’ I wanted to challenge myself or not do it.”
